In the judicial system, the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and Status of Judges” provides for the construction of a Single Judicial Information and Telecommunication System. In particular, amendments to the procedural codes and a number of other laws (in the part of the court process) introduced at the end of December last year set out the timetable recommended for the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine for the introduction of the EUJTP from January 1, 2019.
An important part of this project is the provision of workplaces for judges in the halls of meetings by personal computers, printers and scanners for the introduction of the EUITS and its subsystem Electronic Court.
